BRICS INTERNATIONAL FUTUROLOGICAL FORUM "SMART CIVILIZATION" is dedicated to the development of the humanitarian infrastructure of BRICS – horizontal connections between futuroligical centers, universities, non-profit organizations, and innovative companies in the fields of knowledge, education, culture, civil society, media, ecology, youth cooperation, tourism, sports, and lifestyle.
Within the framework of the Forum, conditions will be created for a permanent platform for interaction between long-term investors and owners of infrastructure, technologies, and intellectual property rights through the effective use of the potential of the BRICS humanitarian infrastructure.
